Do not be concerned by his joy of dressing as a women at every opportunity he gets. I also beg you not to leave his Spagetti arms put you off, he is young and yet to discover the wieghts gym.
He does however posses many qualities, he is a scrum half so knows how to put it in straight. He has experiance of captaining a side so can take control with the rough and wet conditions.
